The cylindrical Cadrona Mailbox is divided into two compartments: The top half is an easy-access dock for newspapers while the bottom compartment keeps letters and small packages hidden and protected. The lower compartment is accessed by lifting the top. The red powder coating applied over its galvanized steel body helps ensure complete rust protection from the elements, but we also like how it serves as a marker for a residence. Although the idea of a DWR branded trailer creeps me out a bit, the idea of a good looking/well designed trailer does not. In comes the newish Airstream Bambi. A few photos below, but Inhabitat has the details.

Airstream Inc. commemorates its 75th Anniversary with a stylish, modernistic take on old-fashioned luxury. The 75th Commemorative Edition Travel Trailer combines ultra-refined, polished aluminum interiors with rich, natural materials such as warm wood veneers materials and details which pay homage to founder Wally Byam’s original designs.
Designer David Winick took the lead in creating an interior space that is both ultra modern and retrospective. Natural linoleum in warm tones brings out the highlights of genuine wood veneers. Based on the iconic lettering that midcentury architect Richard Neutra specified for use on his buildings in the 1930’s - 1950’s, this complete set of stainless steel house numbers was produced through collaboration with son Dion Neutra and an independent type foundry. Precision crafted by a 50-year-old metal fabrication shop, each number weighs half a pound and installs on flat surfaces without visible hardware. Designed to float slightly above the wall surface and cast subtle shadows, the numbers are always clearly visible.

Or real plastic I guess. Been searching all over for decent looking plastic planters and having very little luck finding affordable ones. I have found some cool pricey ones below.
